At Risky, we want you stoked with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 🖤⚡️
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Items must be free from makeup, dirt, marks, pet hair, or strong odours
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Final clearance products
Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer:
- Exchanges (subject to stock availability)
- Store credit
- Refunds for eligible returns
If your requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using tracked postage, as Risky is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major faults or items that are significantly different from what was advertised.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
SHIPPING POLICY
We know you want your gear ASAP — so we aim to get orders packed and out the door as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
During launches, sales, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as:
- Australia Post
- Sendle
- Aramex (depending on location)
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on your location.
Delivery times vary between countries and customs processing times.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
- Risky is not responsible for customs delays
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once parcels leave our hands, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
